PALStraining.com offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with the purchase of our course and if the purchaser of our course is unsatisfied with our course, they may receive a full refund within 60 days of their purchase.

Refund requests must be documented in writing and sent to admin@palstraining.com and not requested over the phone. The name and telephone number of the administrator of the organization where our course was not accepted must also be provided. 

Any chargeback attempts that result in a charge reversal without attempting to work out a resolution with our customer support staff will be reported to a third-party collection agency. The charges plus additional costs will be reported to the agency. This may impact your credit rating for a minimum of the next seven (7) years. Payment in full will be the only method of settling the account at this point; not the return of our merchandise.

After the PALS exam has been attempted or after the certification card has been sent out, the purchaser will not be able to obtain a refund. It is the obligation of the individual buyer to determine his or her organization's requirements for PALS certification before taking our course.

PALStraining.com strives to provide those who are interested in PALS certification with the highest quality and most professional online PALS course available. Our staff is available to work with customers on any and all questions or concerns about our online PALS certification course. We require that those who enroll in our PALS course attempt to resolve any questions or concerns that  may arise in the present or future with our staff.

PALStraining.com provides online accredited PALS certification and testing that allows those who have enrolled in our course to earn an PALS certification card which proves their completion of our course. Our certification is not approved by the American Heart Association due to the fact that the AHA does not approve any online PALS course. It is up to the purchaser of the course to review his or her organizational requirements to clarify whether or not they will accept our PALS certification.

PALStraining.com also accepts no responsibility for any circumstances in which a graduate of our course provides negligent health services to a patient or anyone provided with medical attention. Our PALS course is not intended to be an all-inclusive course for Pediatric Advanced Life Support training and procedural instruction.

We suggest that applicants review the latest AHA guidelines and also consider AHA approved classroom programs that teach clinical skills along with the cognitive portion of PALS training. We recommend that you also review supplementary knowledge in PALS procedure, prehospital training, hospital stabilization and other cognitive PALS skills.

Our cards mention that the trainee has passed a clinical skills examination -- this is only in reference to the algorithms and related details that are covered in our online course. This does not imply that you have been fully trained in ACLS, PALS or BLS clinical skills; it is only an implication that you have covered ACLS, BLS and PALS algorithms in our online training material.
